This 2016 Nautitech 46 Fly, launched in 2017, presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a comprehensively equipped cruising catamaran that has benefited from a significant refit since 2022.

The yacht was operated on charter from 2017 until 2022, when she was purchased by her current owner for private use. Since then, the owner has invested substantially in upgrading and maintaining the yacht, transforming her into a comfortable, reliable, and highly capable cruising platform.

Accommodation 

She features a spacious and practical 4-cabin, 4-head layout, making her exceptionally well suited to family cruising, extended stays aboard, or accommodating guests in comfort.

The starboard hull comprises two double cabins. An aft double cabin with a generous double berth and ensuite facilities, and a forward double cabin with ensuite facilities and a shared shower arrangement.

The port hull mirrors the same configuration, with two additional comfortable double cabins, each offering ensuite facilities and a shared shower arrangement.

The two aft cabins are equipped with 7.000 BTU air conditioning each, while all heads are equipped with new Jabsco Quiet Flush electric freshwater facilities. All four cabins have generous storage, hanging lockers and ample space for personal belongings, providing excellent comfort and privacy for extended periods aboard.
